蓄电池牵引电动平车利用手动操作

    蓄电池牵引电动平车利用手持操作器进行起动操作。手持操作器上的控制开关用来接通控制电源，方向选择开关用来选择牵引车的运行方向。顺时针旋转手持操作器上的调速手柄，电动平板车主接触器通电闭合，电机接电开始旋转，旋转增大，电机转速增加；逆时针旋转调速手柄，电机转速降低，旋转到终点时，主接触器断电释放，电机停止旋转，电动平车走行停止。
    制动蓄电池牵引轨道平车的准确停车也是控制的一个重要方面。这里我们采用的是调速器和电磁制动器相结合的制动方式，其应用效果明显。通过调速器本身的制动功能加上电磁制动器抱闸的作用，使轨道平板车制动距离短，完全满足工位要求。为节约蓄电池电量，电磁制动器选用节能型制（动器动作电流为３Ａ，保持电流为ｏ．０２Ａ）。在电机旋转的同时电磁制动器“制动起动”和接触器“制动维持”接触器动作，使刹车机构打开。当动作２ｓ后，“制动起动”接触器释放，“制动维持”接触器继续吸引，使电磁制动器以一个很小的电流继续工作。
